心理护理在接种人乳头瘤病毒四价疫苗中的作用

The role of psychological nursing in vaccination of HPV tetravalent vaccine

目的:探讨对接种四价人乳头留病毒(HPV)疫苗的女性进行心理护理的应用价值。方法:选取2020年9月-2021年7月接种四价HPV疫苗的女性92例,随机分为两组,各46例。对照组给予常规护理;研究组给予常规护理联合心理护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:研究组护理后汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)及汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)量表评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组接种疫苗穿刺时的视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将心理护理应用于接种四价HPV疫苗的女性人群中,有利于改善其负面情绪,缓解接种穿刺疼痛程度、维持良好的护患关系。

Objective:To explore the application value of psychological nursing in women vaccinated with tetravalent HPV vaccine.Methods:From September 2020 to July 2021,92 women who received tetravalent HPV vaccine were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 46 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing.The study group gave conventional nursing combined with psychological nursing.The nursing effect between the two groups was compared.Results:HAMD and HAMA scale scores in the study group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).VAS score in the study group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the study group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying psychological nursing to women who were vaccinated with tetravalent HPV vaccine is beneficial to improve their negative emotions,relieve the pain level of puncture and maintain a good nurse-patient relationship.
