重庆市南岸区高血压流行与管理现状分析

Analysis on the prevalence and management of hypertension in Nan'an District of Chongqing

目的:了解重庆市南岸区居民的高血压流行与管理现状,为高血压防控工作提供科学依据。方法:利用2020年重庆市南岸区慢性病及其危险因素监测数据,通过SPSS 23.0统计分析南岸区居民高血压患病率、知晓率、治疗率、健康管理率、规范管理率和控制率。结果:共调查1805人,平均年龄(46.83±17.56)岁;高血压患病率为21.22%;标化患病率为13.82%。文化程度越低高血压患病率越高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。高血压知晓率、治疗率、健康管理率、规范管理率、控制率分别为55.35%、85.85%、81.60%、72.83%、33.16%。城市居民的知晓率、控制率高于农村居民,规范管理率低于农村居民,自认健康状况越差的居民知晓率、控制率越高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:重庆市南岸区居民的高血压知晓率、健康管理率还需进一步提升。

Objective:To understand the prevalence and management of hypertension among residents in Nan'an District,Chongqing,and to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of hypertension.Methods:Based on the monitoring data of chronic diseases and their risk factors in Nan'an District of Chongqing in 2020,the prevalence rate,awareness rate,treatment rate,health management rate,standardized management rate and control rate of hypertension in Nan'an District were statistically analyzed by SPSS 23.0.Results:A total of 1805 people were investigated,with an average age of(46.83±17.56)years.The prevalence of hypertension was 21.22%.The standardized prevalence rate was 13.82%.The lower the education level,the higher the prevalence of hypertension,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The awareness rate,treatment rate,health management rate,standardized management rate and control rate of hypertension were 55.35%,85.85%,81.60%,72.83%and 33.16%respectively.The awareness rate and control rate of urban residents were higher than that of rural residents,and the standardized management rate was lower than that of rural residents.The worse the health status,the higher the awareness rate and control rate,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The awareness rate of hypertension and health management rate of residents in Nan'an District of Chongqing need to be further improved.
