摘要
目的:分析PBL教学法在儿科护理带教中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年4月-2020年6月儿科护理实习生96例,根据护理带教方法不同分为两组,各48例。对照组进行传统儿科护理带教;观察组进行儿科PBL教学法带教。比较两组应用效果。结果:观察组护生护理实习结束的各项考试成绩均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护生出科时的综合能力评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护生护理实习期间的各项操作不良事件发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护生出科时的各项满意度评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PBL教学法能够促使儿科护理带教实现改革,促使护理带教质量显著提高,从而提高护生的考试成绩、综合能力和护理操作掌握水平,同时也能够提高护生对护理带教的认可度。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of PBL teaching method in pediatric nursing teaching.Methods:From April 2019 to June 2020,96 pediatric nursing interns were selected,they were divided into the two groups according to different nursing teaching methods with 48 cases in each group.The control group was taught by traditional pediatric nursing teaching.The observation group was taught by the pediatric PBL teaching method.We compared the application effects of the two groups.Results:The scores of all examinations at the end of nursing practice of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comprehensive ability scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group when they left the department,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events during nursing practice in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of nursing students in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group when they left the department,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:PBL teaching method can promote the reform of pediatric nursing teaching,and promote the significant improvement of the quality of nursing teaching,so as to improve the examination scores,comprehensive ability and the level of nursing operation mastery of nursing students.At the same time,it can also increase the recognition of nursing students for nursing teaching.
