研究高职院校突发公共卫生事件应急管理机制

To study the emergency management mechanism of public health emergencies in higher vocational colleges

高职院校作为一个特殊区域,相对于其他区域而言,其具有人流密度较大以及人口集中度高、人员接触频繁等特点,以至于容易引起突发公共卫生事件扩散。随着2019-nCoV疫情的爆发,社会各界对高职院校公共卫生事件的关注度提高。重大公共卫生事件面前考验着高职院校师生的担当,各大高校坚守严守严控的第一线,开展疫情防控管理下教学组织工作。在此过程中暴露出高校管理中还存在短板以及应急响应机制不足,因此迫切要求高职院校做好突发公共事件应急管理工作。本文主要针对高职院校突发公共卫生事件应急管理机制展开研究,首先介绍了新时期高职院校突发公共卫生事件的特点,其次介绍了突发性卫生事件应急机制存在的问题,最后介绍了构建与完善高校公共卫生事件应急机制。

As a special area,compared with other areas,higher vocational colleges have the characteristics of high population density,high population concentration and frequent personnel contact,which is easy to cause the spread of public health emergencies.With the outbreak of the 2019-nCoV epidemic,all sectors of society pay more attention to public health events in higher vocational colleges.Major public health events test the responsibilities of teachers and students in higher vocational colleges.Major universities adhere to the front line of strict compliance and control,and carry out teaching organization under epidemic prevention and control management.In this process,it is exposed that there are still shortcomings in university management and insufficient emergency response mechanism,therefore,it is urgent for higher vocational colleges to do a good job in public emergency management.This paper mainly studies the emergency management mechanism of public health emergencies in higher vocational colleges,this paper first introduces the characteristics of public health emergencies in Higher Vocational Colleges in the new period,then introduces the problems existing in the emergency mechanism of public health emergencies,and finally introduces the construction and improvement of the emergency mechanism of public health events in Colleges and universities.
