新型防冻防凝测压装置的研制与应用

Development and Application of a New Anti-Freeze and Anti-Coagulation Pressure Measuring Device

坪北油田开发至今,压力检测始终是一项重要的日常工作。普通的压力测试装置在遇到冬季极寒天气时,经常会出现压力表冻坏、测试数据不准等问题。为了彻底解决此类问题,采用研制的新型防冻防凝测压装置,通过现场试验确定了该装置能够适应低温条件下的压力录取工作,且具有使用寿命长,资料录取准确等特点。

Pressure testing has always been an important routine in Pingbei oilfield since its development.When the common pressure testing device encounters the extremely cold weather in winter,the pressure gauge will often be frozen out,the test data will be not accurate and others.In order to solve these problems thoroughly,a new antifreeze and anti-coagulation pressure measuring device was developed,and it was confirmed through the field test that the device can adapt to pressure measuring under a low temperature condition,featuring long service life and accurate data acquisition.
