油田修井机噪声危害及控制研究 被引量:2

摘要 试油作业是油田开发的常规手段,员工长期在高频噪声环境中工作,对听力的伤害较大,修井机噪音已经对职工身心健康产生了较大的影响,需要进行治理。通过对噪音的产生进行分析评价,提出发动机加装具有隔声罩+局部隔声处理的整改思路。经过理论论证,整改后修井机噪音可以控制在允许范围内,明显改善员工的工作环境,并实现降噪产品模块化生产、现场快速安装拆卸的目标。 Oil testing operation is a conventional means of oilfield development.Employees who work in high-frequency noise environment for a long time will suffer from a great harm to hearing.The noise of a workover rig has a great impact on employees physical and mental health,which needs to be treated.Through the analysis and evaluation of the noise generation,we put forward the rectification idea of adding the sound insulation shield and partly soundproofing insulation on the engine.Through theoretical demonstration,the noise of the workover rig can be controlled within the allowable range after rectification,which can significantly improve the working environment of employees,and achieve the goal of modular manufacture of noise reduction products and fast on-site installation and disassembly.
