摘要
针对科研型组织员工典型性格特征,把科研型组织员工划分为发展型、引导型和改造型三种类型,以开展思想建设为切入点,针对性地提出若干具体的思想工作方法,并对其实施效果进行了初步评估,对同类型企业加强队伍建设提供了一定的参考。
According to several typical characteristics of staff in scientific research organizations,they can be classified into three types of development-oriented,guided and reshaped staff.Starting from the ideological building,we put forward some specific methods for ideological work,and conducted the preliminary assessment on the performance,providing a certain reference for the same type of enterprises to strengthen team building.
