热老化对折叠硅橡胶水壶挥发性物质含量的影响 被引量:2

摘要 以折叠硅橡胶水壶的硅橡胶壶体为研究对象,参照GB 28482-2012《婴幼儿安抚奶嘴安全要求》检测挥发性物质含量,并探究热空气老化、热水老化后硅橡胶水壶中挥发性物质含量的变化规律以及二次硫化对挥发性物质含量影响。结果表明:在指定条件下,热水老化和热空气老化均使挥发性物质含量降低;硫化后产品的挥发性物质含量大幅度降低。 We researched the content of volatile substances with folding silicone rubber kettles s body as the object and GB 28482-2012 Safety Requirements for Pacifiers for Infants as the reference standard.The changeable rules of volatile substances after hot air aging and hot water aging,and the effect of the content of volatile substances after second vulcanization in silicone kettles were explored.The results showed that the content of volatile substances were reduced after hot air aging and hot water aging under the specified conditions.After second vulcanization,the content of volatile substances in silicone kettles decreased significantly.
