摘要
以甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯,二甲基丙烯酸酯等为单体,以异丙苯过氧化氢为引发剂,以1-乙酰-2-苯肼为促进剂,邻苯甲酰磺酰亚胺为助促进剂,对苯醌为稳定剂,EDTA钠盐为金属络合剂,研究搅拌时间、温度、搅拌速度对厌氧胶稳定性的影响。结果表明:当搅拌时间3.5~4.5h,搅拌温度在30~50℃时,搅拌速度在800~1200rpm,厌氧胶的稳定性达到最佳值。
Hydroxyethyl methacrylate and Dimethacrylate as monomers,cumene hydroperoxide as initiator,1-acetyl-2-phenylhydrazine as promoter,o-benzoylsulfonimide as promoter,p-benzoquinone as stabilizer,sodium EDTA as metal complexing agent,the effects of mixing time,temperature and stirring speed on the stability of anaerobic adhesive were studied.The results showed that when mixing time is 3.5~4.5 h,temperature is 30~50 C,the mixing speed is 80-1200 rpm,the stability is the best.
