摘要
环境污染已成为全球面临的一个重大社会性难题,尤其是芳香烃类挥发性气体的污染。采用两端含烯键的聚二甲基硅氧烷和吐温-80作为稳定剂,以苯乙烯和二乙烯苯作为连续相制备凝胶状乳液,并以此为模板经聚合得到新型多孔材料。研究表明,该材料可用于芳香烃类挥发性有机气体(VOCs)的吸附,尤其对苯、甲苯、苯胺、苯乙烯等芳香性气体表现出较好的吸附性能,吸附量分别是467mg/g、650mg/g、700mg/g、432mg/g;材料的微观形貌表征结果证明,其内部呈现高度贯通的多孔网络结构,孔隙率可达到85%。除具有丰富的孔道结构外,该材料还具有优异的疏水亲油性特性,并且可以重复使用。重复使用步骤简单,容易操作,只需简单醇洗、挤压、低温干燥即可,实验结果证实重复使用3次以上吸附效果无明显变化。
Environmental pollution has become a major social problem all over the world.Among different kinds of pollutants,aromatic hydrocarbons are the major representatives of volatile organic compounds(VOCs) in polluted air.In this paper,using a polymerizable poly(oligo)-dimethylsiloxane(PDMS) derivative with two olefinic bonds at its ends and Tween-80 as stabilizer,and styrene and divinylbenzene as continuous phase,a new class of water/oil gel-emulsion was synthesized.As templates,polymerization of these mixtures resulted in porous polymeric materials.SEM observations reveal that the microstructure of the porous materials possess continuous 3 D network structure,and the porosity can be up to 85%.It is demonstrated that the porous polymeric material is an excellent absorbent for a number of aromatic VOCs such as benzene,toluene,aniline and styrene,and the absorption capabilities can be up to 467,650,700,432 mg/g at room temperature,respectively.More importantly,after simple washing,squeezing and drying,the porous polymeric material is reusable and the absorption performance has hardly changed after three cycles.
