摘要
采用硬质合金刀具YG8对压铸镁合金AM60B进行外圆干切削,通过正交试验分析了不同切削参数下切屑的断屑性能、形态、工件表面质量。结果表明:镁合金AM60B切削断屑性能良好;该材料适合高速、大的背吃刀量进行切削;C形挤裂切屑时工件表面质量较好;进给量对切屑的断屑、形态、工件表面质量影响相对较大,背吃刀量影响较小;加工最佳切削工艺参数为:V_(C)=200.363m·min^(-1),f=0.1mm·r^(-1),a;=0.8mm。
Die-casting magnesium alloy AM60 B is dry-cutted by hard alloy tool YG8.The chip breaking performance,chip shape and surface quality of workpiece under different cutting parameters were analyzed by orthogonal experiment.The results show that:Magnesium alloy has good chip breaking performance;this material is suitable for high-speed,large back-cutting for cutting;the surface quality of the workpiece is better when C-shaped chip is extruded;the feed rate has a relatively large influence on chip breaking,chip shape and surface quality of the workpiece,while the back feed rate has a relatively small influence.The best cutting process parameters for machining are:V_(C)=200.363 m·min^(-1),f=0.1 mm·r^(-1),a;=0.8 mm.
