新型乒乓球拍面粘合胶制备与性能研究

摘要 研究采用原位氯化接枝共聚法制备一种新型的胶合板用无甲醛胶粘剂。该胶粘剂的主要成分为接枝马来酸酐(MAH)的HDPE(PE-cg-MAH)。研究了该胶粘剂与单板的反应、胶粘剂的最佳配方和制备乒乓球拍的最佳热压条件。采用沸水试验法对该胶粘剂粘接乒乓球拍的强度和耐水性进行了评价。结果表明,用PE-cg-MAH作胶粘剂制得的乒乓球拍最佳热压条件为160~165℃、5min,当氯含量约为3%(w.t.)时,其拉伸强度、撕裂强度和粘接强度等处于最佳水平,在高于热压条件的沸水试验后,乒乓球拍粘接具有较高的抗剪强度。 A new formaldehyde free adhesive for plywood was prepared by in-situ chlorination graft copolymerization.The main component of the adhesive is high density polyethylene(HDPE) grafted with maleic anhydride(MAH).The reaction between the adhesive and veneer,the optimum formula of adhesive and the optimum hot pressing conditions for preparing table tennis racket were studied.The strength and water resistance of the adhesive were evaluated by boiling water test.The results show that the best hot pressing conditions of the table tennis racket made with PE CG MAH adhesive are 160~165℃ for 5 min.When the chlorine content is about 3%(w.t.),the tensile strength,tear strength and bonding strength of the racket are in the best level.After boiling water test higher than the hot pressing condition the table tennis racket has higher shear strength.
