手性发光材料在OLEDs领域中的研究进展

摘要 手性发光材料在3D显示等多领域具有重要应用,是OLEDs发光材料中重要的研究内容之一。设计具有较高不对称因子的手性荧光、磷光和热延迟荧光材料,利用手性材料的圆偏振(CPL)发射,制备圆偏振OLEDs和3D显示器件具有重要意义。以CPL材料作为发光层材料可以制备得到圆偏振有机发光二极管(CP-OLEDs)。相较于过去传统的使用偏光滤光镜进行组装获得CPL器件的方法,CP-OLEDs能够直接发射出圆偏振光,其器件结构更简单,成本较低,且高效。该文介绍了近年来手性发光材料在OLEDs领域中的研究进展。 Chiral luminescent materials have important applications in many fields,such as 3 D display,and is one of the important research contents of OLEDs luminescent materials.The design of chiral fluorescence,phosphorescent and thermal delay fluorescence materials with higher asymmetric factors,using the circularly polarized luminescence(CPL) of chiral materials,the preparation of circular polarization OLEDs and 3 D display devices is of great significance.A circularly polarized organic light-emitting diode(CPOLEDs) can be prepared using CPL material as a light-emitting layer material.Compared with the traditional method of assembling CPL devices using polarization filters in the past,CP-OLEDs can emit circularly polarized light directly,and the device structure is simpler,less costly and more efficient.In the paper,the research progress of chiral luminescent materials in the field of OLEDs in recent years is introduced.
