醇基汽油对车用橡胶材料性能影响及发展趋势

The Effect of Alcohol-based Gasoline on Properties of Rubber Materials for Automobile and Its Development Trend

醇基汽油作为一种新的清洁能源不仅可以减少VOC的排放,还能节约石油资源。但是醇基汽油在使用过程中会对橡胶件有一定的腐蚀腐损,产生严重的溶胀作用,直接影响醇基汽油的推广使用。该文对车用橡胶材料和橡胶制品耐乙醇汽油,甲、乙醇抗溶胀剂及抗溶胀机理的相关文献进行了综述。

As a new clean energy,alcohol-based gasoline can not only reduce VOC emissions,but also save oil resources.However,alcohol-based gasoline will have a certain corrosion and corrosion loss on rubber parts in the process of use,it will have a serious swelling effect,which will directly affect the popularization and use of alcohol-based gasoline.In this paper,the literature on antiethanol gasoline,anti-swelling agent and anti-swelling mechanism of automotive rubber materials and rubber products are reviewed.
