摘要
细菌纤维素是一种天然的具有极大应用潜力的新型组织工程材料。细菌纤维素因其含水量大、力学性能良好、拥有优异的生物相容性和生物可降解能力,十分适合作为人体内的医用材料。细菌纤维素已经广泛应用于眼科领域、构建人工皮肤、骨组织工程支架、人工血管、心脏瓣膜。该文就细菌纤维素的发展历史,基本性质以及其在眼科和其他医学领域的研究与应用进行阐述。
Bacterial cellulose is a new type of natural tissue engineering material with great application potential.Because of its high H20 content,high mechanical strength,good mechanical properties,bacterial cellulose has excellent biocompatibility and biodegradability,it is very suitable as a medical material in the human body.Bacterial cellulose has been widely used in the field of ophthalmology,constructing artificial skin,bone tissue engineering scaffolds,artificial blood vessels,and heart valves.This paper describes the history of bacterial cellulose,its basic properties and its research and application in ophthalmology and other medical fields.
