摘要
超临界萃取技术是一种对环境友好,经济,提取效果优秀的萃取技术,它可以替代工业和实验过程中所用有机溶剂,有效提取天然植物所含有的生物活性成分,也用于从水溶液和固体和液体基质中提取金属离子,应用范围广泛。本文从原料、超临界流体、夹带剂、工艺流程、影响因素、使用案例、方法的优缺点和进一步讨论等方面简要综述了超临界流体萃取技术的应用。
Supercritical fluid extraction(SFE)is an environmentally friendly,economical and effective extraction technology.It can replace the organic solvents used in industrial and experimental processes,effectively extract the bioactive components contained in natural plants,and also extract metal ions from aqueous solution,solid and liquid matrix.It has a wide range of applications.In this paper,the application of supercritical fluid extraction(SFE)technology was reviewed from the aspects of raw materials,supercritical fluid,entrainer,process flow,influencing factors,application cases,advantages and disadvantages of the method,and further discussion.
