靛酚蓝法测定水中氨氮的方法改进

Improvement of NH_(4)^(+)-Ndetermination in water by indophenol blue

对靛酚蓝法测定水中氨氮(GB17378.4/36.1—2007)方法进行改进,本方法用二氯异氰尿酸钠溶液代替次氯酸钠溶液,大大缩短配制实验试剂所用的时间,实验更快捷简便。结果表明,改进后的方法校准曲线相关系数r为0.9994,测定结果的准确度和精密度均满足水中氨氮含量的分析要求。

The indophenol blue method for the determination of ammonia nitrogen in water(GB17378.4/36.1-2007)is improved.In this method,sodium dichloroisocyanurate solution is used to instead of sodium hypochlorite solution,the time for preparing experimental reagent is greatly shortened,and the experiment is faster and simpler.The results show that the correlation coefficient r of the calibration curve of the improved method is 0.9994,and the accuracy and precision of the determination results meet the analysis requirements of ammonia nitrogen content in water.
