基于“肠道菌群-胆汁酸互作”论结直肠腺瘤癌变“土虚木郁”病机的生物学内涵 被引量:7

The Biological Connotation of“Earth Deficiency and Wood Constraint”in Colorectal Adenoma Canceration based on Intestinal Flora-bile Acid Interaction

摘要 肠道菌群与胆汁酸代谢的互作失衡与结直肠腺瘤癌变密切相关。基于中医理论及临床研究,发现"土虚木郁"是结直肠腺瘤癌变过程中的关键病机。结合现代医学及分子生物学文献,认为肠道菌群紊乱与中医"土虚"密切相关,胆汁酸分泌异常为"木郁"的微观体现,且在结直肠腺瘤癌变进程中,"肠道菌群-胆汁酸互作"关系失衡与中医"土虚木郁"相契合。从"肠道菌群-胆汁酸互作"角度探讨结直肠腺瘤癌变"土虚木郁"的生物学内涵,对于研究"土虚木郁"的病机实质及其代表方药对阻止结直肠腺瘤癌变的作用具有重要意义。 The interaction imbalance between the intestinal flora and bile acid metabolism is closely related to the canceration of colorectal adenoma.Based on the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)theories and the clinical researches,it is found that"earch deficiency and wood constraint"is the key pathogenesis of colorectal adenoma canceration.According to the modern medical and molecular biological literature,the disturbance of intestinal flora is closely related to the"earth deficiency"in TCM,and abnormal secretion of bile acid is a microscopic manifestation of"wood constraint";simultaneously,the interaction imbalance between intestinal flora and bile acid is consistent with the"earth deficiency and wood constraint".By exploring the biological connotation of"earth deficiency and wood constraint"in colorectal adenoma canceration from the perspective of"intestinal flora-bile acid interaction",this paper provides important references for studying the root pathogenesis of"earth deficiency and wood constraint"and the effects of the representative prescriptions on preventing colorectal adenoma from becoming cancerous.
