摘要
坚持战略思维、历史思维、创新思维、辩证思维、法治思维、底线思维和系统思维,是党的十八大以来习近平总书记针对广大领导干部如何形成与新时代相适应的领导能力和执政本领提出的重大战略要求。这一要求的提出,既展现了习近平总书记对21世纪中国与世界之时代特征与实践要求的深邃洞识,又深刻地推动了我们党在领导思维方式上的整体塑造,充分体现了习近平总书记治国理政实践的方法论高度与思维格局。学习和领会习近平总书记关于坚持“七大思维”的重要论述及其实践指向,需要广大领导干部注重从马克思主义方法论及其创新发展的高度出发,深入把握坚持“七大思维”的根本理论遵循、核心问题意识、整体实践指向和方法论创新特质等前提性问题,从而在理论自信与实践自觉的有机统一中全面提高“七大思维”能力。
Adhering to strategic thinking,historical thinking,innovative thinking,dialectical thinking,lawbased thinking,bottom-line thinking and systematic thinking is a major strategic requirement put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)in view of how the vast number of leading cadres form the leadership and governing competence adapted to the new era.The proposal of this requirement not only shows General Secretary Xi Jinping’s profound understanding of the characteristics of the times and practical requirements of China and the world in the 21st century,but also profoundly promotes the overall shaping of our Party’s leadership thinking mode,and fully reflects the methodological height and thinking pattern of Xi’s governance practice.To learn and grasp Xi’s discussion on adhering to the“seven thinkings”and its practice orientation,the broad masses of cadres need to grasp the fundamental theory,the core problem consciousness,the overall practice orientation and the methodological innovation characteristics,so as to to improve their ability to follow the“seven thinkings”comprehensively in the organic unity of theoretical self-confidence and practical consciousness.
