改革开放以来中国共产党党建总体目标的历史变迁与基本经验

The Historical Changes and Basic Experience in Developing the Overall Goal of Party Building of the Communist Party of China Since the Reform and Opening-up

党建总体目标引领着一个政党的前进方向。改革开放以来,中国共产党根据时代要求,适时调整党建总体目标,使其内涵与具体表述与时俱进,充分展现出党的建设的科学性与时代性特征。但不管如何调整,党建总体目标始终体现了中国共产党坚持马克思主义指导思想,巩固执政党的根本地位,发展中国特色社会主义伟大事业,严抓党建等基本要求。为更好地推进新时代党的建设、巩固党的领导,必须充分认识党建总体目标的重要地位和价值,始终坚持以战略思维考量党的建设总体目标,始终保持党建总体目标的科学性、时代性、先进性,促进党的建设与党的领导有机互动。

The overall goal of Party building is designed to lead the Party in the direction of making progress.Since the reform and opening-up,the Communist Party of China(CPC)has properly adjusted the overall goal of Party building in accordance with the requirements of the times to make its connotations and specific expressions keep pace with the times and to show the scientific nature of Party building and the characteristics of the times.However,no matter how the CPC adjusted the overall goal of Party building,it has always reflected the CPC’s basic requirements,such as adhering to the guiding ideology of Marxism,consolidating the fundamental position of the ruling Party,developing the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and actively promoting the Party building.To better promote the Party building in a new era and consolidate the Party leadership,we must fully recognize the important position and value of Party building,always consider the overall goal of Party building in the strategic thinking and always maintain the scientific,contemporary,and advanced nature of the overall goal of Party building,so as to promote the organic interaction between Party building and Party leadership.
