构建中国式现代化新道路中对资本的创造性驾驭探微

A Probe into the Creative Control of Capital in Constructing a New Path of Chinese-style Modernization

改革开放以来,党和国家在探索中国式现代化新道路上,对资本的吸纳、引入是其中的一个突出特点。建构中国式现代化新道路之所以必然引入资本,主要在于,对时代主题转换的思考、对社会主义发展阶段的科学认识以及对人民追求美好生活的积极回应。社会主义需要引入资本激发生产活力,调动市场去优化资源配置,从而实现社会主义经济的快速发展。纵观40余年中国式现代化新道路的建构过程,党和国家在引入资本上,不仅在理论创新上日益自信,而且驾驭资本的实践日益走深落细。

Since the reform and opening up,the Party and the country are exploring a new path of chinesestyle modernization,during which a distinguishing feature is the absorption and introduction of capital,introduction is one of the outstanding characteristics.The inevitable introduction of capital in the construction of the new path of Chinese modernization mainly lies in the reflection on the theme transformation of the times,the scientific understanding of the stage of socialist development and the positive response to the people’s pursuit of a better life.Socialism needs to introduce capital to stimulate production vitality,mobilize the market to optimize the allocation of resources,so as to realize the rapid development of socialist economy.A review of the construction process of the new path of Chinese modernization over the past 40 years shows that the Party and the country are not only increasingly confident in the theoretical innovation of introducing capital,but also increasingly sophisticated in the practice of controlling capital.
