新时代加强高校学生党员教育管理路径探析

A Probe into the Ways to Strengthen the Education and Management of Student Party Members in Higher Educational Institutes in the New Era

实现中华民族伟大复兴需要培养时代新人。高校学生党员作为新时代青年的骨干力量,作为党的事业的接班人,身上肩负着不可推卸的责任和义务。党的十八大以来,全面从严治党不断引向深入,对高校学生党员的教育管理工作提出了更高的要求,特别是一些新情况新问题的出现对高校思想政治教育工作提出了新挑战。文章立足于新时代高校学生党员的特点和教育管理现状,对大学生党员教育管理过程中出现的问题进行分析,围绕制度建设、优化党员发展结构以及教育管理模式创新三个方面进行思考,并提出相应的改进措施,希望进一步提升高校学生党员教育管理的效果。

To realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,it is necessary to cultivate people of a new type of the times.As the backbone of the youth in the new era and as the successors of the Party's cause,student Party members in colleges shoulder unshakable responsibilities and obligations.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the comprehensive and strict governance of the Party has been continuously intensified,and higher requirements have been put forward for the education and management of student Party members in higher educational institutes.In particular,the emergence of some new situations and new problems has posed new challenges to ideological and political education in higher educational institutes.Based on the characteristics of student Party members in colleges and the status quo of education management in the new era,this paper analyzed the problems that aroseduring the education and management of student Party members.By thinking about system construction,optimization of Party member development structure and innovation of educational management mode,it proposed corresponding improvement measures,hoping to further enhance the effect of the education and management of student Party members in higher educational institutes.
