浅谈住院医师规范化培训的心电图教学培训方案

Discussion on ECG teaching and training programme in standardized training for resident physicians

住院医师规范化培训(规培)要求规培医师掌握心电图的操作和诊断技能,但由于心电图诊断比较抽象,因此要在规培期间熟练掌握有一定难度。本文围绕如何在规定的时间内完成规培教学任务,给出了一套培训方案和相关教学方法,可有效提高规培医师的心电图诊断分析能力,并为住院医师规范化培训中的心电图教学提供参考。

In the standardized training for resident physicians,trainees are required to master the operating and diagnosing skills of electrocardiogram( ECG). However,it is challenging to be skilled during the standardized training due to the abstractness of ECG diagnosis. Centered around how to complete the teaching task of standardized training within the prescribed time period,this paper shares a set of training programme and the related teaching methods,which could effectively improve the trainees’ ECG diagnostic and analytic abilities,and provide references for ECG teaching in the standardized training for resident physicians.
