党的十九届五中全会明确了纪检监察机关要充分发挥监督保障执行、促进完善发展作用。通过警示教育、案件剖析、纪检监察建议、专项整治、回访教育等案件“后半篇文章”工作的开展,发挥案件治本功能,有效筑牢党员干部思想防线、堵塞企业管理漏洞、打造良好政治生态,助力企业高质量发展,努力为推进中国石化治理体系和治理能力现代化提供政治保障。

The Fifth Plenary Session of 19th CPC Central Committee clarified that discipline inspection and supervision organs should give full play to the role to supervise and guarantee execution as well as promote and perfect development.Based on the follow-up work(also called"the second half")of the inspection and supervision on disciplinary violations,such as warning education,case analysis,suggestions on discipline inspection and supervision,special rectification,and return visit education,we give play to the function of the case's root cause treatment,effectively strengthen ideological defense line of Party members and cadres,plug loopholes in enterprise management,and create a good political ecology,helping enterprise with high quality development,striving to provide political guarantee for Sinopec's governance system and governance ability modernization.
