人力资源类型对生猪养殖规模化发展的演化博弈分析——基于我国中部地区生猪养殖大省的实证调研数据

Evolutionary game analysis between types of the human resource and pig breeding scale development——Based on the empirical research data of major pig breeding provinces in central China

为了探讨我国养猪户人力资源类型对生猪养殖规模化发展的影响,笔者于我国中部地区生猪养殖大省(河南省、湖北省和安徽省)的实证调研数据,研究养猪户人力资源类型(经验型和科学型)对生猪养殖规模的影响,养猪户受教育程度与人力资源类型对生猪养殖规模影响的交互效应及组织结构类型(家族式和雇佣式)与人力资源类型对规模化程度的影响。结果表明:经验型养猪户和科学型养猪户虽然在认知水平上差异较大,但在生猪养殖规模上并没有表现出明显差异;科学型养猪户受教育程度在10%水平上对生猪养殖规模具有显著影响,而经验型养猪户受教育程度对生猪养殖规模没有显著影响;现阶段家族式经验型养猪户的规模化程度最低,雇佣式科学型养猪户的规模化程度最高,而家族式科学型和雇佣式经验型养猪户的规模化程度介于家族式经验型和雇佣式科学型之间。鉴于此,提出深化农村市场经济改革,完善配套的经济制度;利用智能机器人替代人力资源发展困境;利用现代企业管理理念来改变传统养殖模式的建议,以期有效推动我国生猪养殖规模化发展。

In order to explore the impact of human resource types of pig farmers on pig scale development in China,the author studied the impact of human resource types of pig farmers(experiential and scientific)on pig breeding scale,the interaction effect of pig farmers’education level and human resource type on pig breeding scale,and the effect of organizational structure type(family and contract)and human resource type on pig breeding scale based on the empirical survey data of major pig breeding provinces in central China(Henan Procince,Hubei Procince and Anhui Procince).The results showed that although there was a significant difference in cognitive level between the experiential pig farmers and the scientific pig farmers,there was no significant difference in pig breeding scale.The educational level of scientific pig farmers had a significant effect on pig breeding scale at the level of 10%,while the educational level of experiential pig farmers had no significant effect on pig breeding scale.At present,the scale of family empirical pig farmers is the lowest,while the scale of contractual scientific pig farmers is the highest,while the scale of family scientific pig farmers and contractual scientific pig farmers are between the scale of family empirical pig farmers and contractual scientific pig farmers.In view of this,deepening the rural market economy reform,perfecting the supporting economic system;using intelligent robots to replace human resources development dilemma;changing the traditional breeding mode by using modern enterprise management concept were put forward for effectively promoting the pig breeding scale development in China.
