摘要
为了探究全舍饲条件下辽宁绒山羊带羔母羊的饲养密度,试验将216只27月龄辽宁绒山羊母羊和180只3月龄断奶羔羊按照饲养密度随机分成2 m^(2)/只组、2.5 m^(2)/只组和3 m^(2)/只组,共3组,每组3个重复,每个重复成年母羊24只、羔羊20只。试验时间为2016年6月1日至8月31日,测定试验前以及试验期内每月月末试验羊只的体重、直肠温度和血清皮质醇含量,计算每月增重和总增重,分析不同饲养密度对上述指标的影响。结果表明:不同饲养密度下的断奶羔羊和母羊在试验期内体增重以及血清中皮质醇含量均无显著差异(P>0.05);但2 m^(2)/只组的断奶羔羊总增重高于其他两组,2.5 m^(2)/只组母羊总增重高于其他两组;3 m^(2)/只组断奶羔羊直肠温度显著低于其他两组(P<0.05)。说明2 m^(2)/只、2.5 m^(2)/只、3 m^(2)/只的饲养密度均可以满足辽宁绒山羊的生长需求,为了降低养殖成本,建议2 m^(2)/只的饲养密度。
In order to explore the effect of feeding density on production performance of ewes of Liaoning cashmere goats with lambs under the condition of full house feeding,a total of 21627 months old Liaoning cashmere goat ewes and 180 three months old lambs were randomly divided into 3 groups:2 m^(2)/head group,2.5 m^(2)/head group and 3 m^(2)/head group.There were 3 replicates in each group with 24 adult ewes and 20 lambs in each replicate.The experimental time last from June 1,2016 to August 31,2016.The body weight,recal temperature and content of serum cortisol of test sheep was measured before the experiment and at the end of each month during the experiment period to calculate the monthly weight gain and total weight gain,and analyzed the effects of different stocking densities on these indicators.The results showed that there were no significant differences in the total gain of body weight,and the content of serum cortisol of weaned lambs and ewes under different feeding densities during the experiment period(P>0.05);but the total gain of body weight of weaned lambs in 2 m^(2)/group were higher than those in the other two groups,the total gain of body weight of ewes in 2.5 m^(2)/group was higher than that of the other two groups;the rectal temperature of weaned lambs was significantly lower than that of in the other two groups(P<0.05).The results indicated that the stocking density of 2,2.5,3 m^(2)/head could meet the growth needs of Liaoning cashmere goats,and in order to reduce the cost of breeding,the feeding density of 2 m^(2)/head is recommended.
