摘要
为满足规模化生猪养殖场的猪舍环境监测需求,试验基于LoRa无线通信技术设计环境无线监测系统,该系统包括传感器终端节点与主控节点,二者之间以星型网络拓扑结构进行搭建,利用LoRa无线通信方式实现数据传输,各节点采用STM32微处理器作为主控芯片,可以实现6路数据采集;设计传感器集成模块接口电路和LoRa模块接口电路,主控节点可扩展继电器模块,实现自动控制加热、通风等环境调控设备的功能;通过现场测试和监测数据误差分析来验证该系统采集数据的正确性。结果表明:传感器终端节点可以实现同时采集二氧化碳和氨气浓度、温度以及相对湿度数据,且数据准确。说明采用LoRa无线通信监测系统工作稳定,适合于规模化养殖场环境多点监测。
In order to meet the environmental monitoring demand of piggery in large-scale pig farm,the environmental wireless monitoring system was designed based on LoRa wireless communication technology.The system consists of the sensor terminal node and the master node,both were built with a star network topology.LoRa wireless communication was used to realize data transmission.Each node used STM32 microprocessor as the main control chip,which could realize 6-channel data acquisition.The interface circuit of sensors integration module and interface circuit of LoRa module have been designed.The master node could extend the relay module,and then realize functions of the automatic control of heating,ventilation and other environmental control equipment.The accuracy of the data collected by the system was verified by field test and monitoring data error analysis.The results showed that the sensor terminal node could simultaneously collect data of CO;and ammonia concentrations,temperature and relative humidity,and the data was accurate.It indicated that LoRa wireless communication monitoring system ran stably and was suitable for multi-point monitoring of large-scale farm environment.
