婴幼儿食品中的益生菌应用

The Application of Probiotics in Foods for Infants and Young Children

益生菌在全球消费者中的认知度极广。随着经济的发展,我国消费市场对益生菌产品的需求大幅增加,然而,我国对婴幼儿益生菌产品的审核相当严格,目前仅13株益生菌获批可用于婴幼儿食品中。本文对婴幼儿食品中益生菌的应用进行简述,并提出一些建议,以供参考。

Probiotics are widely known by global consumers.With the development of economy,the demand for probiotic products in China’s consumer market has increased significantly.However,the audit of probiotic products for infants and young children in China is quite strict.At present,only 13 probiotics are approved to be used in foods for infants and young children.This paper briefly describes the application of probiotics in infant food,and puts forward some suggestions for reference.
