摘要
调味料的质量与消费者利益关系密切,调味料生产企业在厦门的食品生产企业中占比较大。本文根据调味料生产企业食品生产许可现场核查情况,总结调味料企业生产过程中存在的主要问题,并分析原因给出意见和对策。
The quality of seasoning is closely related to the interests of consumers,and the seasoning production enterprises account for a large proportion of the food production enterprises in Xiamen.Based on the on-site verification of food production license of seasoning enterprises,this paper summarizes the main problems existing in the production process of seasoning enterprises,analyzes the reasons and gives suggestions and countermeasures.
