摘要
中式面点食品种类的不同,采用成熟方法也不同。运用各种成熟方法成熟的面食极具特色,如煮、蒸、煎、炸、烤、烙和炒等,这些面点的成熟方式被广泛运用。本文阐述了各种成熟方法的特点、应用利弊及创新技术,为选择合适的成熟方法制作健康营养、美观可口的面点食品指明方向。
Different types of Chinese pastry have different mature methods.The mature pasta using a variety of mature methods is very distinctive,such as boiling,steaming,frying,frying,roasting,brazing and frying,etc.These mature methods of pastry are widely used.This article describes the characteristics of various mature methods,the advantages and disadvantages of their applications,and innovative technologies,and points out the direction for choosing appropriate mature methods to make healthy,nutritious,beautiful and delicious pastry foods.
