摘要
2016年,中国营养学会发布了2016版《中国居民膳食指南》,对一般人群给出了膳食建议,指导中国居民一般人群的日常膳食。本文从传统养生的角度,浅谈膳食指南的内容并作出对比,补充传统养生在膳食起居上的一些理念。
In 2016,the Chinese Nutrition Society issued the 2016 edition of the Dietary Guidelines for Chinese Residents,which gave dietary recommendations to the general population and guided the daily diet of the general population of Chinese residents.From the perspective of traditional health preservation,this article briefly discusses the content of the dietary guidelines and makes a comparison to supplement some of the concepts of traditional health preservation in diet.
