摘要
研究3种莲房原花青素延缓衰老作用。采用体外自由基清除试验和模式生物寿命试验对莲房原花青素(LSPC)、低聚莲房原花青素(LSOPC)和高聚莲房原花青素(LSPPC)的延缓衰老作用进行评价。结果显示:LSPC、LSOPC和LSPPC具有较好的DPPH•清除作用,IC50值分别为18.39μg·mL^(-1)、6.56μg·mL^(-1)和20.77μg·mL^(-1)。在40μg·mL^(-1)莲原花青素作用下,LSPC、LSOPC和LSPPC显著提高秀丽线虫的平均寿命,分别达到22.88%(p<0.01)、30.38%(p<0.01)和10.07(p<0.05)。其中LSOPC(40μg·mL^(-1))还具有显著提高秀丽线虫抗氧化酶(SOD和GSH-Px)活力作用。以上结果表明LSOPC具有延缓衰老作用,其延缓衰老作用与抗氧化活性有关。
To study delaying aging of three procyanidins(LSPC,LSOPC and LSPPC).The delaying aging effects of LSPC,LSOPC and LSPPC were evaluated by free radical scavenging test in vitro and model biological life test.The results displayed that LSPC,LSOPC and LSPPC had good DPPHscavenging effect,and the IC50 values were 18.39μg·mL^(-1),6.56μg·mL^(-1) and 20.77μg·mL^(-1) respectively.Treatment with procyanidins(LSPC,LSOPC and LSPPC)at the concertration of 40μg·mL^(-1) caused a significant increase of the average life extension of Caenorhabditis elegans by 22.88%(p≤0.01),30.38%(p≤0.01)and 10.07(p≤0.05)respectively.LSOPC(40μg·mL^(-1))can also significantly improve the activities of antioxidant enzymes(SOD and GSH-PX)in C.elegans.The above results show that LSOPC has the effects on delaying aging,which is related to antioxidant activity.
