Neutral Tin Plating Process of Bimetal Bearing Bush

针对双金属轴瓦镀锡工艺要求,开发了中性镀锡工艺,通过理论分析和工艺试验,确定了镀锡溶液成分组成及工艺参数,在轴瓦镀锡生产中得到成功的应用。

According to the requirements of tin plating process for bimetal bearing bush,a neutral tin plating process was developed.Through theoretical analysis and process test,the composition and pro‐cess parameters of tin plating solution were determined which has been successfully applied in tin plat‐ing production of bearing bush.
