环保高效热镀锌合金钢丝技术研究

摘要 采用预加热和环保除锈技术,优化了钢丝热镀锌铝镁合金的前处理工艺。结果表明:在钢丝热镀锌铝及锌铝镁合金过程中采用预加热技术,无需添加助镀剂即可达到质量要求,减少了锌渣的产生和废气的排放;环保除锈技术在40~60℃可以达到和盐酸在20~40℃相同的除锈效果,可以保证钢丝表面清洁均匀、完整,镀后钢丝表面质量和产品性能均可满足其技术要求。采用新型前处理工艺的综合成本可降低25%~75%。 The pretreatment process of hot-dip galvanized aluminum magnesium alloy steel wire was optimized by using pre heating and environmental protection derusting technology.The results show that the pre heating technology can meet the quality requirements without adding plating assistant agent in the process of hot-dip galvanizing aluminum and zinc aluminum magnesium alloy of steel wire,and reduce the generation of zinc slag and waste gas emission;The environmental protection derusting tech‐nology can achieve the same derusting effect as hydrochloric acid at 40-60℃and ensure that the steel wire surface is clean,uniform and complete.The surface quality and product performance of the steel wire after plating can meet its technical requirements.The comprehensive cost of the new pretreat‐ment process can be reduced by 25%-75%.
