某600MW超临界直流炉制粉系统燃烧调整试验

摘要 我国火力发电厂大多以煤为主要燃料,近年来电煤供应较为紧张,锅炉燃煤变化较为频繁,直接影响锅炉运行的经济性和安全性,同时随着超临界、超超临界机组的投运,对锅炉燃烧运行优化提出更高的要求,因此,进行锅炉运行优化调整已成为提高经济性、安全性、环保性能和机组利用率的关键技术之一。影响锅炉运行经济性和安全性的众多因素中,尤以锅炉燃烧优化调整最为重要,制粉系统试验是锅炉机组燃烧调整试验内容之一,通过对制粉系统的调整,使磨出口各粉管的风粉分配趋于平衡、煤粉细度更加合理及各磨采用更经济的风煤比,在满足外界电负荷需要的蒸汽量和确保合格的蒸汽品质的基础上,保证锅炉安全、经济和环保运行。 Most of China’s thermal power plants use coal as the main fuel.In recent years,the supply of electric coal has been tight,and the changes in boiler coal combustion have directly affected the economy and safety of boiler operation.At the same time,with the development of supercritical and ultra supercritical units Putting into operation puts forward higher requirements for the optimization of boiler combustion operation.Therefore,optimization and adjustment of boiler operation has become one of the key technologies to improve economy,safety,environmental performance and unit utilization.Among the many factors that affect the economy and safety of boiler operation,the optimization and adjustment of boiler combustion is particularly important.The pulverizing system test is one of the combustion adjustment test contents of the boiler unit.Through the adjustment of the pulverizing system,the pulverized tube The distribution of air and powder tends to be balanced,the fineness of coal is more reasonable,and each mill adopts a more economical airto-coal ratio.Based on the amount of steam required by the external electrical load and qualified steam quality,the safe,economic and environmentally friendly operation of the boiler is ensured.
