500kV变电站动力箱闸刀开关防触电措施研究

摘要 文章根据现有变电站动力箱闸刀开关特点,分析讨论了闸刀开关操作和维护过程中存在易误触电、弧光灼伤运维人员、闸刀开关受热及绝缘损坏短路、局部受热导致火灾等风险问题,并根据闸刀开关的结构特点以及运维过程中存在的问题,研制出一种闸刀开关专用的防触电装置,有效地保障了运行人员操作和维护闸刀开关过程中的安全,并从闸刀开关选型、安装、运维、标签标识等方面提出一些建议和控制措施,为闸刀开关的运维提供借鉴和参考。 According to the characteristics of the knife switch in the power box of the existing substation,this paper analyzes and discusses the risk problems in the operation and maintenance of the knife switch,such as electric shock,arc burn to the operation and maintenance personnel,knife switch heating,insulation damage,short circuit,fire caused by local heating,and according to the structural characteristics of the knife switch and the problems existing in the operation and maintenance process,A special anti electric shock device for knife switch is developed,which effectively ensures the safety of operators in the process of operating and maintaining knife switch,and puts forward some suggestions and control measures from the aspects of knife switch selection,installation,operation and maintenance,label and identification,so as to provide reference and reference for the operation and maintenance of knife switch.
