摘要
随着双馈式风电机组在国内的广泛应用,发电机轴承的电腐蚀问题也越发突出,严重影响了机组的可利用率和发电量。在实际运行中,造成轴承电腐蚀的因素很多,简单地依靠更换新轴承并不能彻底解决问题,反而造成运维成本增加。因此,快速定位故障原因,成为处理该类问题的关键。文章结合具体案例,提供了一种双馈式风电机组发电机轴承电腐蚀的问题分析思路。
With the wide application of doubly-fed wind turbine in China,the electroerosion of generator bearing is becoming more and more prominent,which seriously affects the availability and power generation of the unit.In actual operation,there are many factors causing electroerosion of bearings.Simply replacing new bearings can not completely solve the problem,but increase the maintenance cost.Therefore,quickly locating the fault cause has become the key to deal with this kind of problem.Combined with specific cases,this paper provides an analysis idea of electroerosion of generator bearings of doubly-fed wind turbine.
