高海拔的季节性冻土区域,在多种土壤冻胀力的作用下,杆塔会发生冻胀融沉现象,根据土体冻胀的影响因素,设计季节性冻土地区配电线路埋设对策;根据冻土区域的接地电阻和土壤因素的影响关系,设计季节性冻土地区接地装置的安装对策,另外根据高海拔区域的风速特点,改进导线和绝缘子安装方式。
