云南白族成人身体围度特征

Characteristics of adult body circumferences of Bai in Yunnan

为了解云南白族的身体围度特征,调查了云南白族793例成人(男性276例,女性517例)的头围、胸围、腰围、臀围、大腿围、小腿围、上臂围、前臂围和上臂最大围等9项指标,分析云南白族身体围度随年龄的变化情况,并与我国其他12个族群进行比较.结果表明:①除大腿围外,其余8项身体围度值均为男性大于女性.②白族男性的大腿围、小腿围、上臂围、上臂最大围和前臂围与年龄呈显著负相关(P<0.01);白族女性的头围、臀围、大腿围、小腿围、上臂围、上臂最大围和前臂围与年龄呈显著负相关(P<0.01),而腰围与年龄呈显著正相关(P<0.01).③13个族群的主成分分析表明,白族男性和女性的胸围、小腿围和上臂围处于中等水平,头围和大腿围处于较高水平.④聚类结果显示,云南白族与四川彝族、云南傣族和云南怒族的身体围度比较接近.

In order to understand the characteristics of body circumferences of Bai in Yunnan,the head circumference,chest circumference,waist circumference,hip circumference,thigh circumference,calf circumference,biceps circumference,forearm circumference and maximum biceps circumference of 793 adults(276 males and 517 females)of Bai in Yunnan were investigated.The changes of body circumferences with age of Bai in Yunnan were analyzed,and the body circumferences of Bai were compared with other 12 ethnic groups in China.The results were as follows:①Except the thigh circumference,the other eight circumference values of males were larger than those of females.②The thigh circumference,calf circumference,biceps circumference,maximum biceps circumference and forearm circumference of males were significantly negatively correlated with age(P<0.01).The head circumference,hip circumference,thigh circumference,calf circumference,biceps circumference,maximum biceps circumference and forearm circumference of females were significantly negatively correlated with age(P<0.01),while the waist circumference of females was significantly positively correlated with age(P<0.01).③The principal component analysis of 13 ethnic groups showed that the chest circumference,calf circumference and biceps circumference both males and females of Bai were at the middle level,and the head circumference and thigh circumference were at the high level.④The clustering results showed that the body circumferences of males and females of Bai in Yunnan were relatively close to those of Yi in Sichuan,Dai in Yunnan and Nu in Yunnan.
