多元化健康教育联合理性情绪疗法在冠心病中应用价值探讨

Application Value of Diversified Health Education Combined with Rational Emotion Therapy in Coronary Heart Disease

目的探究多元化健康教育联合理性情绪疗法在冠心病中的应用效果。方法将我院104例冠心病患者随机分组,每组52例。对照组实施常规干预,观察组在此基础上开展多元化健康教育联合理性情绪疗法,两组均干预4周。对比两组干预后知信行状态及心境状态。结果观察组健康知识掌握度、健康信念、治疗依从性各维度评分较对照组高(P<0.05),心境障碍发生率为7.69%,较对照组低(25.0%,P<0.05)。结论多元化健康教育联合理性情绪疗法有利于纠正冠心病患者疾病认识,提高健康信念,形成健康行为,且可有效改善患者心境状态。

Objective To explore the application effect of diversified health education combined with rational emotional therapy in coronary heart disease.Methods 104 patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into two groups,52 in each group.The control group was given routine intervention,and the observation group was given diversified health education combined with rational emotional therapy on this basis,both groups were intervened for 4 weeks.The state of knowledge,belief,behavior and mood were compared between the two groups after intervention.Results The scores of health knowledge mastery,health belief,and treatment compliance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of mood disorder was 7.69%lower than 25.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Diversified health education combined with rational emotional therapy is conducive to correcting the disease awareness of patients with coronary heart disease,improving health beliefs,forming healthy behaviors,and effectively improving the mood state of patients.
