加速康复外科护理对关节镜下肩袖损伤修复术后肩关节功能恢复状况的影响 被引量:7

Effect of Accelerated Rehabilitation Nursing on Functional Recovery of Shoulder after Arthroscopic Rotator Cuff Repair

摘要 目的分析研究加速康复外科护理对关节镜下肩袖损伤修复术后肩关节功能恢复状况的影响,为加速康复外科护理的临床应用提供科学依据。方法选取关节镜下肩袖损伤修复术患者62例,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各31例,试验组予以术后常规护理,对照组予以加速康复外科护理,对比两组护理前后ASES评分、UCLA肩关节评分、前屈ROM以及体侧外旋ROM,同时随访患者术后6个月的F-36健康得分。结果两组患者护理后的肩关节功能评分均高于护理前,且对照组优于试验组,对照术后6个月SF-36健康得分各项均明显高于试验组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加速康复外科护理可以有效促进关节镜下肩袖损伤修复术后患者的肩关节功能恢复,长期疗效较好,值得在临床上作进一步推广。 Objective The paper analyzed the effect of accelerated rehabilitation nursing on functional recovery of shoulder joint after arthroscopic rotator cuff repair,so as to provide scientific basis for the clinical application of accelerated rehabilitation nursing.Methods 62 patients with rotator cuff injury receiving arthroscopy were randomly and equally divided into experimental group and control group,the experimental group was given routine postoperative nursing,while the control group was given accelerated rehabilitation nursing,the ASES score,UCLA shoulder score,ROM of flexion and ROM of lateral external rotation were compared before and after nursing,and the F-36 health scores of patients were followed up for 6 months.Results After nursing,the function scores of shoulder in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the control group was better than the experimental group.The SF-36 health scores of the control group 6 months after operation were significantly higher than those of the experimental group,which is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Accelerated rehabilitation nursing can effectively promote the functional recovery of shoulder after arthroscopic rotator cuff injury repair,and it has satisfying long-term effect,worthy of clinical application.
