环境认知、群体认同对生活垃圾分类行为影响研究-基于西藏602户农户的调查问卷

Study on the Influence of Policy Cognition and Group Identity on the Behavior Intention of Domestic Waste Classification-Questionnaire Based on 602 Households in Tibet

确保农村社会环境卫生成为我国农村社会经济健康发展与和谐稳定的基石。目前,西藏农村生活垃圾分类处理仍处于探索起步阶段。本文基于西藏602户农户调查数据,利用Logit模型从政策认知、群体认同等角度深入分析西藏农村生活垃圾分类处理的影响因素,研究表明:农户生活垃圾较2018年其分类处理意愿有所提升,但整体意愿与行为依然偏低。处罚政策、村里地位、环境评价等对农户生活垃圾分类处理产生一定影响,其中,环境认知的驱动作用影响显著。在西藏推动农村人居环境整治中,应当采取丰富多样的环保教育方式,培养农户环保意识,提高农户生活垃圾分类处理行为。

Ensuring rural social and environmental sanitation has become the cornerstone of China’s rural social and economic healthy development, harmony and stability. At present, the classified treatment of rural domestic waste in Tibet is still in the initial stage of exploration. Based on the survey data of 602 farmers in Tibet, this paper deeply analyzes the influencing factors of classified treatment of rural domestic waste in Tibet from the perspective of policy cognition and group identity by using logit model. The research shows that farmers’ willingness to classify domestic waste has improved compared with that in 2018, but their overall willingness and behavior are still low. Punishment policy, village status and environmental assessment have a certain impact on the classification and treatment of household garbage, among which the driving effect of environmental cognition is significant. In promoting the improvement of rural living environment in Tibet, we should adopt rich and diverse ways of environmental protection education, cultivate farmers’ awareness of environmental protection, and improve farmers’ behavior of classified treatment of domestic waste.
