摘要
文章对50位见习教师的教学案例和成长案例进行文本分析,重点考察他们在课堂意外处理、知识能力涵盖、课堂教学理念以及教学效能感四个方面的状况,指出见习教师的课堂教学能力建构是一个有机系统,囊括从教学设计到教学实践操作再到教学反思这一过程。见习教师课堂教学能力的结构建构包括价值认同建构、教学效能感建构和教学方法建构三个层次。同时,本文基于上海市见习教师规范化培训的路径,提出见习教师教学能力提升的策略。
Classroom teaching ability is the most important thing among all the professional core qualities of trainee teachers.It is the basic premise for teachers to stand firm on the platform.This article focuses on four aspects by analyzing the text of 50 trainee teachers’teaching cases and growth cases,including classroom accident handling,knowledge and ability coverage,classroom teaching concepts,and teaching efficacy.The purpose of the project is to point out that the construction of the classroom teaching ability of trainee teachers is an organic system.It covers the process from teaching,design to teaching practice,operation to teaching reflection.Based on the standardized training path of trainee teachers in Shanghai,a path to improve the teaching ability of trainee teachers is proposed.
