新生代乡村教师地方性知识教学的困境与出路——文化回应性教学的视角

摘要 文化回应性教学秉持教学以文化为内核的准则,强调教学要回应学生的文化背景;地方性知识教学则是借助乡村学生熟知的地方性知识促进课堂教学的一种教学方式,二者在理念与逻辑上存在一定的共通性。基于文化回应性教学的视角,当下新生代乡村教师在地方性知识教学中表现出地方性知识教学意识缺失、教学效能偏低、教学方法枯燥以及教学能力孱弱等现实困境。新生代乡村教师应当秉持包容性原则,丰富自身的地方性知识储备;秉持关怀性原则,满足学生的地方性知识需求;秉持创造性原则,构建适切的地方性知识教学环境;秉持交互性原则,营造和谐的乡村文化互动氛围,进而破解地方性知识教学的困境。 Cultural responsive teaching adheres to the principle of teaching with culture as the core,emphasizing that teaching should respond to students’cultural background,while local knowledge teaching is a teaching method to promote classroom teaching with local knowledge that rural students are familiar with.Both have certain similarities in concept and logic.Based on the perspective of culturally responsive teaching,the current new generation of rural teachers in the teaching of local knowledge lack awareness of local knowledge teaching,low teaching efficiency,teaching methods boring and weak teaching ability and other practical difficulties.The new generation of rural teachers should uphold the inclusive principle and enrich their local knowledge reserve.Uphold the principle of caring,to meet the local knowledge needs of students;Uphold the principle of creativity,build appropriate local knowledge teaching environment;Uphold the principle of interaction,create a harmonious atmosphere of rural cultural interaction,and then break the dilemma of local knowledge teaching.
