摘要
目的调查苏州市3所医院肿瘤内科医务人员的职业认同感现状并分析其影响因素。方法 2020年8—12月,采用便利抽样方式,选取苏州市3所医院166名肿瘤内科医务人员作为调查对象。采用自行设计的一般资料调查表、工作压力源量表、工作满意度量表和职业认同量表进行调查,对可能影响肿瘤内科医务人员职业认同感得分的特征进行分析。结果肿瘤内科医务人员的工作压力源总分为67.66±15.48、工作满意度总分为78.06±9.54、职业认同感总分为85.14±17.35。肿瘤内科医务人员的工作压力源各维度得分及总分与职业认同感总分均呈负相关(均P<0.05),肿瘤内科医务人员的满意度各维度得分及总分与职业认同感总分均呈正相关(均P<0.05)。工龄<5年、夜班轮换>4次/月、每月加班>10次、工作压力及工作满意度均是肿瘤内科医务人员职业认同感状况的影响因素(β=0.637、0.684、0.427、-0.279、0.431,均P<0.05)。结论苏州市医院肿瘤内科医务人员的工龄、夜班轮换、每月加班、工作压力及工作满意度是其职业认同感的影响因素。应注重激发医务人员的执业信心和积极性,弹性排班,合理分配任务,提高医务人员职业认同感。
Objective To investigate the status of professional identity of medical staff in medical oncology department of three hospitals in Suzhou City,analyze its influencing factors. Methods From August to December 2020,the convenience sampling was used to select 166 medical workers from medical oncology department of three hospitals in Suzhou City as the survey subjects.The self-designed general information questionnaire,job stressor scale,job satisfaction scale and occupational identity scale were applied in the survey,and the characteristics that may affect the professional identity score of medical staff in oncology department were analyzed. Results The total score of work stressor in medical oncology staff was 67.66 ±15.48,the total score of job satisfaction was 78.06±9.54,and the total score of professional identity was 85.14 ±17.35. The dimensions scores and total scores of work stressors of medical oncology staff were negatively correlated with the total scores of professional identity(all P<0.05). The dimensions scores and total scores of satisfaction of medical oncology staff were positively correlated with the total scores of professional identity(all P<0.05). Working age experience <5 years,night shift rotation>4 times per month,monthly overtime>10 times, work pressure and job satisfaction were the influencing factors of the professional identity of medical oncology staff(β=0.637,0.684,0.427,-0.279,0.431,all P<0.05). Conclusion The working age,night shift,monthly overtime,work pressure and job satisfaction are the influencing factors of the professional identity of medical staff in medical oncology department in Suzhou City. It is necessary to pay attention to stimulating the confidence and enthusiasm of medical staff,flexible scheduling,and reasonable assignment of tasks,to improve the professional identity of medical staff.
