贵州省护士贫穷感现状调查及其影响因素分析

Investigation on sense of poverty of nurses in Guizhou Province and analysis on its influencing factors

目的调查贵州省护士贫穷感现状并分析其影响因素,为改善护士贫穷感现状提供参考依据。方法采用便利抽样法,于2020年12月抽取贵州省二级及以上综合医院护士为调查对象,借助问卷星网络平台,运用一般资料调查问卷、贫穷感量表、护士职业倦怠及护士职业获益量表对4 057名护士进行调查。结果贵州省护士贫穷感总分为50.35±9.92,各维度得分由高到低依次为焦虑感(11.86±2.66)、厌恶感(10.94±2.83)、不满足感(10.51±3.10)、不安全感(8.65±2.94)和金钱关注(8.38±3.02)。多重线性回归结果显示,护士的年龄、职务、收入、科室、婚姻状况、抚养子女情况、护士职业倦怠及护士职业获益等因素均可影响其贫穷感得分(均P<0.05)。结论贵州省护士贫穷感现状有待改善,管理者可根据护士的年龄、职务、收入、科室、婚姻状况、抚养子女情况、护士职业倦怠和护士职业获益等影响因素采取不同的培养和管理策略,以改善护士贫穷感现状。

Objective To investigate the current situation of nurses’ sense of poverty in Guizhou Province and analyze its influencing factors,provide a reference for improving the status of nurses’ sense of poverty. Methods The convenience sampling method was used to select nurses from general hospitals at secondary level and above in Guizhou Province as the research objects.Based on the Questionnaire Star network platform,the general data survey questionnaire,sense of poverty scale,nurse job burnout and nurse occupation benefit scale were used to investigate 4 057 nurses. Results The total score of nurses’ sense of poverty was50.35±9.92,and the scores of each dimension were as follows:(11.86±2.66) for anxiety,(10.94±2.83) for disgust,(10.51±3.10)for dissatisfaction,(8.65±2.94) for insecurity,and(8.38±3.02) for money attention. Multiple linear regression results showed that age,position,income,department,marital status,parenting status,job burnout and job benefits of nurses were influencing factors of sense of poverty score(all P<0.05). Conclusion The status quo of nurses’ sense of poverty in Guizhou Province needs to be improved. Managers can adopt different training and management strategies based on the influencing factors,such as age,position,income,department,marital status,parenting status,job burnout and job benefits of nurses,to improve the nurses’ sense of poverty.
