摘要
在对国内外护士心理弹性相关研究文献整理的基础上,综述了护士心理弹性的概念、研究工具和心理弹性相关变量(前因变量、结果变量、中介变量和调节变量)并提出增强护士心理弹性的干预措施和目前研究的不足,为深入探讨护士心理弹性相关变量的理论机制、建立护士心理弹性的理论框架提供参考,也为护理管理者关注护士心理健康以及提高工作满意度提供新思路。
On the basis of relevant research literature on nurses’ psychological resilience at home and abroad,this article summarizes the concept, research tools and related variables(antecedent variables,outcome variables,mediating variables and moderating variables) of nurses’ psychological resilience,and put forward the intervention measures to enhance nurses’ psychological resilience and the deficiency of current research,so as to provide a reference for further exploring the theoretical mechanism of nurses’ psychological resilience and establishing a theoretical framework,and provide new ideas for nursing managers to pay attention to nurses’ mental health and improve job satisfaction.
