液态金属镓铟锡合金材料制备及导热性能研究 被引量:5

Preparation and thermal conductivity of liquid metal GaInSn alloys

摘要 通过水浴加热法结合超声搅拌和真空除气技术,制备4种成分均匀的液态金属镓铟锡合金(Ga_(50)In_(25)Sn_(25)、Ga_(60)In_(25)Sn_(15)、Ga_(66)In_(20.5)Sn_(13.5)、Ga_(75)In_(10)Sn_(15))。用电感耦合等离子发射光谱仪和固液两用密度测试仪分别对镓铟锡合金的化学成分和密度进行测试。用差示扫描量热仪对镓铟锡合金的熔点、凝固点、比热容、热导率及热扩散率等进行表征。结果表明:4种镓铟锡合金的密度为5.4~6.1 g/cm^(3),熔点为11.0~19.8℃,凝固点为-30.1~1.2℃,25℃比热容为400~450 J/(kg·K);共晶成分镓铟锡合金Ga_(66)In_(20.5)Sn_(13.5)的比热容、热导率及热扩散率等均优于金属Cu,表明其散热性比Cu更优异。 Four liquid metal GaInSn alloys(Ga_(50)In_(25)Sn_(25)、Ga_(60)In_(25)Sn_(15)、Ga_(66)In_(20.5)Sn_(13.5)、Ga_(75)In_(10)Sn_(15))were prepared by water bath heating method combined with ultrasonic stirring and vacuum degassing technology.The chemical composition and density of GaInSn alloys were measured by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer and solid-liquid dual use density tester.The melting point,freezing point,specific heat capacity,thermal conductivity and thermal diffusion coefficient of GaInSn alloys were characterized by differential scanning calorimeter.The results show that the densities of the four GaInSn alloys are between 5.4 g/cm^(3)and 6.1 g/cm^(3),the melting points are between 11.0℃and 19.8℃,the freezing points are bewteen-30.1℃and 1.2℃,the specific heat capacities are bewteen 400 J/(kg·K)and 450 J/(kg·K).The specific heat capacity,thermal conductivity and thermal diffusion coefficient of the eutectic Ga_(66)In_(20.5)Sn_(13.5)alloy are superior to Cu,indicating a better thermal conductivity performance than Cu.
