EFP斜冲击高速运动柱壳装药数值模拟研究 被引量:1

摘要 用LS-DYNA动力学有限元数值计算软件,模拟EFP战斗部斜冲击高速运动柱壳装药过程,分析战斗部着角对高速运动柱壳装药冲击起爆效能的影响规律。结果表明:弹目交汇条件对EFP战斗部冲击起爆效能影响明显;柱壳装药以400 m/s速度运动且与EFP运动方向夹角为钝角时,着角位于0°~20°区间时EFP战斗部均可成功引爆柱壳装药,当着角为25°时,无法引爆柱壳装药,着角≥40°时弹丸跳飞;柱壳装药以400 m/s速度运动且与EFP运动方向夹角为锐角时,EFP冲击起爆效能明显增加,着角位于0°~45°时EFP战斗部均能对其冲击起爆。通过调整EFP战斗部与柱壳装药弹目交汇条件可实现对柱壳装药冲击起爆。 LS-DYNA finite element numerical calculation software was used to simulate the charging process of EFP warhead with oblique impact and high speed moving cylindrical shell,and the influence law of EFP warhead angle on the impact initiation efficiency of high speed moving cylindrical shell charge was studied. The results show that the effect of elastic mesh convergence condition of on EFP warhead percussion performance is obvious. Under the condition of cylindrical shell charge at 400 m/s movement and its obtuse angle with EFP direction,as well as the striking angle among 0° and 20°,EFP warhead can successfully detonates cylindrical shell charge. When the angle is at 25°,cylindrical shell charge can′t be detonated. When the angle is greater than or equal to 40°,projectile jumps. When the speed of cylindrical shell charge is 400 m/s and its movement angle with EFP direction is acute,the impact initiation efficiency of EFP increases obviously. When the striking angle is among 0° and 45°,the cylindrical shell charge can be detonated successfully by EFP. By adjusting the intersection condition of EFP warhead and shell charge projectile,the effective impact initiation of cylindrical shell charge can be realized.
