摘要
本文基于北京某项目光伏建筑一体化(BIPV)及附加式光伏发电系统(BAPV)相结合的光伏系统设计,对比了CIGS薄膜电池与SHJ电池在系统设计上的区别:CIGS薄膜电池在并网处需要负极接地并增加隔离变压器,而SHJ电池不需要。同时也对该项目设置的光伏系统发电量进行预估。
Based on the photovoltaic system design combining BIPV and BAPV in a project in Beijing, this paper compares copper indium gallium selenide(CIGS) thin film cells and silicon-based heterojunction(SHJ) cells in system design, and estimates the photovoltaic system generation capacity. The main difference between CIGS thin film cells and SHJ cells in system design is that CIGS thin film cells need negative grounding and an isolation transformer at the grid connection, while SHJ cells do not.
